My Puppy GuaranteeAs an ethical and responsible breeder, it is of upmost importance that I convey my commitment to excellence in raising every puppy I bring into this world.
Below is an outline of my guarantees I make to my buyers and all my wonderful puppies that leave my home. |
I, Cathy's Doodles and Poodles, will be known as the "seller."
Seller agrees that puppy has been properly cared for, vaccinated, wormed and socialized in a major way.
Seller has taken every effort to make sure that the puppy is in excellent health, free from any signs of infection.
Seller guarantees each puppy for 1 year against being affected by genetic diseases seller can DNA test for. Seller routinely tests for all known breed specific tests using DNA. Please notify seller at the beginning of any problem in writing with a note from the veterinarian stating the type of genetic disease if there is a genetic disease found. If the puppy is found to have a genetic defect, it is buyers responsibility to return the puppy, proof of of immunizations and all paperwork from the vet verifying the genetic disease . This is done at the buyers expense. Puppy is not to be euthanized without permission from seller. Should death occur, all expenses are at the buyers expense for proof of genetic illness.
Seller will provide a replacement puppy upon proof of the genetic disorder. Seller will provide a puppy as close to equal value of original puppy as possible. No cash refunds are given. Seller will not pay vet bills taken on by the buyer.
Your puppies vaccinations are very important. Until puppy has had the recommended vaccinations to ensure against disease do not take the puppy out into public places. Please follow all recommendations by your veterinarian to ensure the safety and health of puppy.
It is very important for "buyer" to take your new puppy to the veterinarian within 3 days of purchase. If you do not you void all warranty.
Seller has carefully planned and welcomed puppy into the world and cared for it with the upmost care. It is buyers responsibility to continue this care for the duration of the puppies life. Worming, vaccinations and all other recommended care should be provided by the buyer. Buyer agrees to take their puppy to the vet as recommended, but at least annually. Buyer agrees to get the puppy spayed or neutered as soon as their veterinarian recommends.
Seller warrants and agrees that they are the lawful owner of this puppy, and puppy is free from any and all encumbrances.

If the buyer ever needs to rehome their puppy please contact seller. I do not ever want any of our puppies unwanted or in a pound.
